At Finca, we are most proud of the distinctive hand-applied finishes on every piece of furniture that we create. We maintain a specialized group of craftsmen for our finishes. These craftsmen are highly trained and have many years of experience in wood and wrought iron, as well as copper, brass, & bronze. All of our wood finishes are at least somewhat distressed, and are meant to show the wear of time. Nothing looks new. We also offer heavy distressing as a premium finish — for pieces that will look & feel to be a centuries old. Just as with the construction of our furniture, only one "maestro" sees the finish of a piece through to completion, in some cases spending several days on just one piece.

| With this premium wood finish, pieces are hand-distressed by master artisans in a delicate
multi-step process, meant to give them an aged, one-of-a-kind feeling. With painted finishes, pieces receive a
traditional gesso undercoat, followed by various stages of painting, distressing, and antiquing. With stained
finishes, pieces are distressed by hand, followed by various stages of staining, hand-coloring, antiquing, and
sealing. With the exception of "TLG, BCK, & ICK", all Standard wood finishes are available Heavily
Distressed for a 15% additional charge. Please specify *Heavily Distressed* to your salesperson.
